Abstract

|
The purpose of this paper was to contribute to the aged welfare service, specially, service improvement of the aged housing facilities. The social worker’s job performance was measured and analyzed for the 119 national aged housing welfare facilities on the manager’s evaluation of the social worker’s job performance results. Especially, the analyzed results show high evaluation for the social worker’s communication, personal relations, responsibility for the job, appreciation for the age and positive consultation. This is an important meaning for the social worker’s job. Therefore, based on this positive evaluation, the measured index is improved, desirable job performance will be achieved.
